Prompt. Responsive. Friendly. Thorough. Exceptionally clean. I really have nothing but good things to say about Kevin Casper and his crew at Puroclean in Ashland, WI. The same day we called him for help with sudden water damage in our home, Kevin came to inspect the property. And, after all demolition and damage mitigation were finished, Kevin continued to help us navigate a frustrating insurance process. Truly professional. Highly recommended.
I owe Kevin a lot of gratitude for how much he helped us through the process of restoring our property when a fire damaged it. The evening of the fire Kevin showed up with his own supplies to board up the building and walk me through next steps. I cannot recommend this company more. Kevin did my job himself, and although he could not get a 40+ year old carpet that may not have been cleaned in many years or even totally vacuumed in several months to a year before I moved back in to the house I grew up in to look new again, he was able to get it looking VASTLY better. You should have seen the amount of dirt he got out of that carpet. I *WILL* be calling him again when I need further services.Service: Carpet cleaning
