They tuned up four of our doors, two double and two single openings, last year perfectly. No gaps remained so no mice got in this winter.

Recently we had an operator go out and they came over timely, with a replacement just in case, which saved a second trip. Everything was done efficiently and precisely as expected, something rarely seen in this day and age.

We called on a cold Friday night after our garage door seized up halfway. We couldn’t go home from our cabin until we could get the door shut. We expected to have to wait til Monday to address things. Rolly called us back within the hour and said he could come out on Saturday morning. He was able to make the necessary repairs for now and identify what else he will do for a longer term fix. His knowledge and work are top notch.
