We’ve been customers for 4 years now…all the techs that have serviced our home have been fantastic to work with. Were kept aware of arrival, have a clear explanation of the work done on each visit, and know how to follow up if we had concerns between scheduled stops.
The techs Brad and Amandeep that came out were fast and efficient in there work. At the end of sealing up all the mice holes they were able to explain getting rid of the mice, and showed me pictures of the holes they found.
Great communication with techs directly. I have the termite service. It’s a peace of mind, they were prompt. Told me when they were on property and off. And offered to spray for bugs! I love not having to talk in person too!
