Fenix and their technician Jerry sprayed our house and did great job. Two days before they showed up right in the middle of a rain storm. The tech said that this was not a good time to spray and said they would reschedule. Two days later Jerry shows up by ringing the door bell and asking if we needed any inside work or special areas outside done. He was very pleasant and went about his work efficiently. We are very pleased with Fenix and Jerry's professionalism.
Jerrell Sloan was our technician for this most recent service. As in the past, he is familiar with our needs and concerns and took additional steps to remedy the issue. We appreciate his efforts and look forward to resolving the problem.
Bryant performed a general pest control treatment. Was very impressed with his level of service and professionalism . Explained the entire process, answered all of my questions and when he was finished, made sure we didn’t have any additional questions or concerns.
