Huge shout out to Optometrist Nikki! I had called before going to Walmart to see if they could switch out my daughter's lenses into a new frame. Very professional and knowledgeable of what we needed. In less than 15 minutes she had the glasses ready to go. Will definitely check out the optical center again, all because of Nikki! Walmart is very lucky to have an outstanding person, Nikki, working there (we all have seen the otherside of some employees). Thanks again Nikki!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the DR was great and thorough and explained everything to me. I got my glasses in leas than a week after my exam. I had a good experience here.
I didn’t even buy my glass from Walmart, but they took the time to tighten my frames and they did a great job! I had previously gone to Lens Crafters to get my glasses tightened and they did a horrible job.My next purchase of eye ware will be from Walmart!
