Called Kim after locking my keys in car. He was over to me with my door unlocked in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly and a fun guy to talk with. Thank you for going above and beyond Kim!

Was referred to Kim on a Saturday for a very old mechanical lock that was malfunctioning. He walked me through getting it open over the phone, gave me extensive tips for lubrication and maintenance, and even talked a little about playing guitar. Extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Not to repeat myself, but ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
