I called them to get an estimate for a new fob for my vehicle. They were willing to help me out the day of, albeit with a different fob without the remote start feature my old one had. If I wanted the same one, I would have had to wait a few days to order it. I needed it sooner rather than later, and ended up going with a different service. I'm giving five starts for excellent communication, and the person I spoke with, Brad, was not pushy. He let me shop around for other quotes without trying to pressure me to go with him. I would recommend JC Security for anyone needing lock related services, automotive or not.
Brad did an excellent job at getting my family and I into our home. Realizing that I had the wrong set of keys on hand, I made a phone call to JC Security and Brad was over in less than 20 minutes, and we were in our home within 5 minutes of him arriving. It also helps that he was able to create us an extra set of keys on the spot to avoid future incidents like this. Thank you for your help Brad!
