Very helpful and friendly when I needed to return an item that I received as a subscription but did not want. The store is very clean & well organized. I was specifically looking GREAT for brow pens and it was so nice to be able to find them so easily by brand, clearly labeled and priced as well as demos for every one. Prices are great, with some brands being much pricier than others, of course, but so many to choose from. And someone always nearby ready to help if needed.
Today I went in looking for eyeliner for my trip. Right away, a sweet girl i believe her name was Cruise asked if I needed help. We spent a few minutes going from brand to brand looking at other options and colors. She made the whole trip easy. I’ll definitely be coming here instead of Sephora from now on. She didn’t judge my lack of experience and explained how the color we picked would make my eyes pop and how to apply it best. We need more people like her in retail—she really knew her stuff! She told me to come back soon and I definitely will!
