My cockapoo has been going here since January when he was 5 months old. He absolutely loves it and the staff absolutely loves him! He started out a little shy around other dogs, but now has gotten comfortable and runs in the door any time we go. I just recently started him on a schedule of going once a week so he has a day to play. He comes home happy and tired.
The Dog House is the best place for dog boarding and daycare in the Appleton area. (This is the third place we have tried.) The staff is so friendly and truly care about the dogs. They are well organized with a great system and offer a variety of services and products. The communication about how your pet is doing is great. I was a bit nervous leaving my precious dog and they respected my hesitation, put me at ease, put up with all my questions and the occasional phone call to check-in. We are already booked at the Dog House for our next travel plans. We have a 12 year old Chocolate Lab.
I have been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy, so 12 years now. The staff is so friendly. They have treated not just my dog but my family well too. Any time I had something arise when I need daycare or boarding they have always made room for my girl. My dog gets so excited when she goes I can't even pack her boarding bag until I am ready to leave the house because she gets so excited. In the future Any more dogs I get will always go there.
