I was completely impressed!! My son told me he wanted CTI per recommendation from “chatGPT” ( no, honestly that’s how we found them. He asked all the things he wanted and ChatGPT said CTI was the place for him!). He wanted a hair consultation and maybe a trim. He had two pages of questions for the stylist (he is on the spectrum). We were booked with Gene. What a wonderful guy!!! He was patient, kind, caring and talked in a way that was easy to understand. He made you feel comfortable. Extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Liz was amazing! Enjoyed meeting her and appreciated her showing me what my hair was capable of. She shared how to get the style I was hoping for and made sure I was comfortable styling on my own.
Took my 9 year old daughter for her first big girl haircut experience. Got the whole shampoo, cut, and style. Jeff made her whole experience amazing and she left feeling beautiful ❤️
