I have lost 90 pounds with Al over the last 7 months. He has motivated me to not only lose the fat, but also helped me make the changes in my life that are necessary to keep the weight off for ever. He is also the most affordable and knowledgeable trainer in the area. The list of high profile people that he has worked out with is unbelievable.
