“Have been using Heid music , Appleton for about 4 yrs. Did rent to own for a student level tromobone initally. Recently went back to look for a new higher level trombone. All the associates we have worked with over the years have been great. Most recently worked with Bill. He is very knowledgeable, and worked with us 3 different times, while my daughter tried out different trombones, until she found the one that suited her the best. We really appreciate all the time Bill spent with us, as well as his patience and knowledge.“
