Have been using Heid music , Appleton for about 4 yrs. Did rent to own for a student level tromobone initally. Recently went back to look for a new higher level trombone. All the associates we have worked with over the years have been great. Most recently worked with Bill. He is very knowledgeable, and worked with us 3 different times, while my daughter tried out different trombones, until she found the one that suited her the best. We really appreciate all the time Bill spent with us, as well as his patience and knowledge.

I used Heid music for an instrument rental. They were very helpful, and their website is easy to use to set up an account for easy monthly payments. They respond timely to messages as well. I highly recommend them!

I walked in there expecting sticker shock but the exact opposite happened. Been shopping around awhile for a guitar for my daughter and Heid had the best prices by far. The customer service was outstanding compared to other places as well. I didn't get the guys name but super supportive with my daughter, explained everything, and never pressured us. Just wanted us to have exactly what she needed to keep practicing and playing. Super cool experience. Gonna go back for sure
