Bill was super knowledgable and helpful. I appreciated the honesty and upfront answers to what i needed. He did not try to sell me anything i wouldnt need and was very clear about what would be most useful in learning to play. I will definitely go back for help and questions along my journey of learning to play.

Went in to look at the Saxophones they had and try them out. Bill was so nice and such amazing help that I ended up walking out of there with a saxophone. Great service, great experience

I have been playing trumpet for 53 years and have played professionally all across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Central America. I have used several of the best trumpet repairmen throughout the years. Now, living in Wisconsin, I was searching for someone who could do some alterations and minor repairs on my trumpet, but I am very particular about letting just anyone work on my trumpet. I found Brian Wojtowicz at Heid Music and after seeing the work he did on one of his own trumpets, I decided to give him a try, and I'm glad I did. Brian did a phenomenol job!!!
