Been going for several years at this point. The staff are always friendly and non-judgemental. Started with my face and eventually got more done. The price is costly, but I think it's well justified given that everyone is different. I have thick, darker hair, so it takes me many appointments to get the reductions I want. I would've paid several times over what I spent here if I went to a pay-by-appointment place just due to how stubborn my hair is. But since they have a lifetime guarantee, I only ever have to pay their rate once. Once it is paid off, the appointments are essentially free from then on!

They are very informative and professional. Staff is really sweet. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is the price is a bit more than other places but it is laser hair removal for life.
