This is the only nail place I'll go to in Appleton. Their hot stone pedicures are great, and my nails always look perfect. Plus, it's family run, and everyone is super nice. One time, they accidentally overcharged me, and they called me to let me know and reimbursed me. Their honesty bought my loyalty, along with the great nails, of course.

Not changing my rating, but providing an update. I came back to have my mani/pedi removed last weekend. I appreciated they were able to squeeze us in last minute (we called for appointments that morning), and it seems it was just in time as a large group came in as we were finishing up. They used the 'drill' tool to remove most of the gel. I'm not usually a fan of this, as it this out the nail (the nail tech even recommended to put some nail strengthener on when we got home). I've had other gel and dip removals, and while they do use the drill to 'roughen up' the nails before soaking them, they usually try to do a bit more peeling than just drilling it all off. I got a full set of gel acrylics, spa treatment and gel pedi and I had a great experience. The woman working on my nails made a mistake but she corrected it and cleaned it up promptly. The store owner's wife is very kind and she gave me the gel pedi, she was super sweet and helpful. Everyone was very polite; a great experience for someone who had not been to a nail salon since 2012. I am coming back again this week to get a new set. I read the negative reviews here, which is a shame but that was not the experience I had fortunately. I recommend going here, especially end of day if you want fancy designs done like mine :)
