I recently took my truck in for a check engine light that was determined to be a failed oil pump. They were able to fit my repair in and have my truck back to me within a few days. I want to start off by saying that I have been to a dozen shops in the Appleton area, and there isn't one more trustworthy than Klug Family Repair LLC.
I have been taken advantage of on so many different occasions, so it's been a real pain finding someone who not only does quality work, but is also trustworthy. My search is over.
I would highly recommend them to anyone, for any type of automobile related maintenance or upgrades.

Had received a diagnosis that was going to cost thousands of dollars to repair. Brought it to Klug as a last resort from a recommendation and they were the only shop who actually cleaned the oil off under the car from a bad oil change and put dye in to VERIFY if there was any leaking. Turned out to just be a sloppy oil change to which they saved me thousands. They have earned a new customer and I will recommend them to everyone.
