You can check in online or just walk in. The hairdressers (one checked me in, the other cut my hair) were so sweet, understanding, respectful of what I wanted, and made me feel comfortable. The one that cut my hair (pardon, I'm so bummed I forgot her name) was so lovely and found ways to distract me to help my anxiety. My hair turned out beautifully, exactly how I wanted it.
