“We had a gentleman from Wisconsin Dryer Vent Pros come clean our HVAC and dryer vents/ducts today and they did a wonderful job at explaining what they were doing and even pointed out an issue with how our HVAC ducts were improperly installed so we could have someone come look at that. They were on time, fairly priced, friendly, knowledgeable, and we will certainly use them again when needed in the future. Thank you!!“

“AVOID THIS CLEANING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! IT'S A SHAM! They ought to call themselves A1 Supreme Dirty! Save yourself from an absolutely horrible cleaning company & a huge headache! LOOK ELSEWHERE! Don't understand where all these positive reviews are coming from??? If I could give them less than one star - I most certainly would! What simply awful job they did! Shantel and her 'team' of two cleaners were at my place from 135p on Friday until nearly 6p and I paid $500. I didn't arrive until 230p SOME of the areas that were completely missed include: the refrigerator (a lot of food particles / spills, under drawers, doors, in drawers; microwave, (food splattered on the top & sides of microwave); & double-oven (grease caked on the inside and food remnants inside); dirty shelving throughout the house in many areas; missed most of the basement - which she agreed to take her brand new shop vac into - but then told me after the tha fact, "Oh we just swept." She promised to clean the walls - its what I paid an extra $100 for... also not done well at all. Shantel claimed she had a new machine for washing walls that she used in her own place prior to painting... What did they use? A few microfiber cloths here and there. I had cobwebs and clearly visable dirt on the walls in several areas throughout the house. Too, the cabinet with the pull down door was quite dirty and had bread crumbs in it??? How is that clean? How is that even close to her, "deep clean" that she claims to have done??? Too, I could literally could run my fingers through dirt on the top of the fridge! (SEE PICS FOR THIS REVIEW!) Wouldn't a deep clean involve moving the fridge and cleaning the side and top of the fridge??? There was prob 2 years of caked on dust on top of the fridge! I literally took my finger and wrote, "A 1 SUPREME CLEAN WAS HERE!" In the dirt on the top of the refrigerator. And they claim to have done a "deep clean"?! I had 3 other contractors there that day and she complained they were in her way? Other than walking through the kitchen to the basement - no one was in her teams way, but for a few seconds to walk through the kitchen to the basement. In fact, the other contractors (which she knew were going to be there!) were in parts of the house when she wasn't. One of her employees also haphazardly locked me out of one of my bedrooms - the very room I need to contractors to get into! So one contractors figured out how to unlock the door. I offered Shantel an opportunity to return and correct all the areas she missed and she flat out refused and said that, "I got $500 worth of cleaning, plus she did extra things that that normally wouldn't do." Like what?! Exactly what "extra stuff" did you do Shantel, that was above and beyond a "deep clean" that you claim to have done? She also apologized and said she was sorry in the text where I gave her the opportunity to return to finish the job & correct her errors. Why apologize & say you're sorry if you did your job well? Perhaps, one of her extra things was that she came to pick up the key the day before I told her couldn't be there until 2p and SHE OFFERED to pick up the key - so I said yes, that's fine. What a mistake that was! Too... Shantel never returned that key, so now I have to pay to get my 2 doors re-keyed! She was contacted to do a thorough / "deep clean" / move in clean, and she didn't even come close to deep clean that she claims to have done. People were not there the entire time either as she claims. Shantel arrived at 135p, and left close to 6p. My contractors were there for estimates and one left at 3p, one left at 330, one arrived around 4p and left at 425p. You said everything was wiped down when I asked if I could look around and said she had to go & that they were done. She apologized for "a couple things being missed" and responded with, “

“So I work for the most amazing company ever. My bosses truly care and put family first. When I started working for Kleenmark I set up to have a few days off after the baby was born. As most people know my wife had complications and my boss was amazing about it. They sent Jen flowers and sent texts emails and called to make sure Jen was doing okay. Never once did he tell me you need to be back to work tomorrow, he told me take as much time as you need and let me know when you are ready to come back to work. Never work for a company like this before and they have made me a loyal employee I truly caring about the welfare of my family! Most employers don't take the time to make sure that their employees are okay, let alone ask about their families and if they do it's just to make conversation. I'm very grateful for the company that I work for and for the words of wisdom and support that all of my bosses gave me!“
