“Brent was scheduled to do a cleaning/inspection for us. He had removed an old fireplace a few years back and did a great job. While doing his inspection, he noticed the installation of the new fireplace and its components was not done correctly. He took it upon himself to reach out to the installer and coordinate the repair of the issue. He went above and beyond what we expected. Good to know we have a trusted partner in Brent. He also suggested some preventative repair of stone on the chimney. Something I never would have noticed. Very much appreciate his expertise.”
