I spent more than 5 years going at least twice a week.Some of the best life lessons I have learned were from my taekwondo instructor and mentor Mr. Rick Glenn.Although my time has passed as a student,I wouldn't trade those years for anything .

Our entire family has learned so much more than just taekwondo. The “soft skills” that we were looking to instill in our children are truly valued and reinforced here. Cannot possibly recommend it enough.
