    Replaced a switch on my well in the dark during a power outage. Excellent response and service. Will continue to use them in the future.

    Well pump decided to stop working. Jerome Filbrandt Plumbing answered the phone, Joe came out to diagnose the issue same day. Fit us in to install a new pump in 2 days (needed to fit us in around previous scheduled jobs - quite understandable). Very happy with this company and would recommend them

    Very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I contacted multiple well, drilling companies to test my well water. For one reason or another, none of those companies could help me. When I contacted Jerome Filbrandt Plumbing, Joe got right back to me and was very consistent in following up since we ran into a couple of issues with my existing set up. Joe was very patient, helpful and accommodating and I greatly appreciate him taking the time to come out to do this test. Thank you for all your help!

    My Aunt's water heater went out on a Friday and I called Filbrandt to have it replaced. They wanted a $1000 down-payment by end of day that next Monday before they would come and even look at it on Wednesday. Heinzen squeezed her in on Monday and didn't require any kind of down payment.

    Request for reasonable accommodation for disabled child

    Called because landlord set a time for services at 7:30am. Was told by landlord that the company gave them this time as only available time. So I called company and let them know I have a child with severe health issues that require morning medical process before anyone enters. Young woman I spoke with had tons of attitude for no reason about my request. I asked if they could change the time to anything after 10:30am. She said she would check and call me back and hanging up on me while I was still on the phone. I left a message before the office closed because they refused to as we the callback. I left a message letting them know my child’s health issues is a liability and a legal matter if they choose to ignore his basics rights of being disabled. They called the landlord and confirmed time for 7am but refused to call me, the tenants back. I’d say this is the most unprofessional experience I have had so far and the technician hasn’t even been to my home yet. Just because I ham a tenant and not the owner doesn’t mean my family’s home rights and needs can be violated like this. The woman that answered had said “if we get another call we may have touch back your service by several hours.” I told her that was fine. That’s when she hung up on me. So basically they don’t even have another call to answer tomorrow, they’re choosing to make this visit their first call because it’s more convenient for them regardless of health issues and inconvenience to us. That’s very telling. I will be making sure everyone know in the real estate business becomes aware of this as well as my attorney and the specialists for my son. The landlord rep was the same person that visited our home before and refused to wear the PPE I requested or accommodate my requests for my son’s health. All very intentional just to create unnecessary and undue stress and challenges for tenants. Excellent way for Diamond Property and Jerome Filbrandt to do business. Makes total sense.

    Joe was available right away when I needed him as my boiler was not firing and the temperature was below freezing outside. He went above and beyond to come to my house multiple times over the weekend to check if it was still running. He serviced the boiler, ordered the parts, and provided excellent and trustworthy service. Would highly recommend his service to anybody I know!

    Everyone I talked to wouldn't work on my furnace. They wanted to sell me a furnace. Then I called Jerome. I guess it is today I have a new furnace man. I bet I will need a plumber one day as well.

    We just contracted with them to do our new furnace and Air Conditioning. We are so happy with the care and service we were given. I highly recommend them. Joe and Bill are great! Thank you Joe for being there when we needed help. You are greatly appreciated.
