Super service. Showed up when they said and provided photos of the problem and offered options for remediation. I've used other services in Eau Claire that seem to be LARPing. Not these guys -- they are the real deal!
Thomas is a very polite and nice person. Does his job well explains what he is doing, what to watch for. What we can do to possibly help to make it better. Thanks Thomas.

Prompt Action Pest Control has been outstanding! Both Thomas and Joseph helped to eliminate the rodent problem in our son's home (mice). We had the initial treatment with two follow-up treatments and it worked!
