customer service was not good, didnt respond to emails sent to the business acct. multiple times.
The flowers, bouquets, etc were absolutely beautiful but I would've rather not have felt that my flower person had abandoned me after I'd paid half the bill off and had 5 weeks left til wedding day. I freaked and started trying to scramble to find a replacement when I did finally get a response.
