Just purchased a refurbished laptop from them. I have to say this was the easiest transition I ever had in changing out computers. I was so hesitant as it was always a nightmare in the past. Had it for a week now and haven't run into any problems yet.

Had an issue with laptop. Phoned ahead & explained the problem. Brought my laptop to store & walked out in 10 minutes with the issue solved! Friendly, helpful customer service! I will not hesitate to use this company again!
