READ BEFORE GOING...Written by wife: THERE SHOULD BE NO STAR rating. We were so excited to try the services of this home based nail salon. We were a few minutes late for our 11 am appointment that would last until 4 pm for 3 adult mani pedis and nail color change for a child. Upon arrival, the owner told my husband that we were too late for our 10:30 am appointment. I was totally baffled because I schedule my day and month with a planner and pencil. How could I have mistaken 11 for 10:30? I don't, especially when reconfirming the entire date, day, and time more than once during our scheduling call.
