After getting through multiple estimates to sand and refinish my floors ptl wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive quote I got but the finished product was 2nd to none. Josh is an absolute maestro when it comes to his craft and never skipped a beat or cut corners even though my brazilian walnut floors were a pain in the butt to sand and refinish. The communication at the front office with Angel was also top notch she made sure all my questions and concerns were resolved and was very transparent with estimates. Overall an amazing company to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family.
I had been struggling to find a quality flooring contractor that would come to our rural area. Our oak flooring is 80+ years old dry & dirty but in good shape. From the first call when Angel answered the entire experience with PTL was beyond my expectations. I sent photos of the floor the owner Josh reviewed and picked out Odies Oil as my finish. Angel sent me an estiamte the same day. They were able to fit my floor in the same week. Elijah & Jace arrived early- went right to work. Cleaned the floor (oh so dirty) Applied oil , let it set, buffed the excess and left in afternoon. It's beautiful as you can see my before and after photos.
