Really appreciate Shannon and his quick responses! We needed an inspection last minute in a home in Ocean Shores which was about 3 hours away from us. Shannon came highly recommended by a local agent and we were so impressed with his prompt service. Inspection was solid and we are really happy with his report as well.

I would highly recommend Prime home inspections. I hired them to do my one year home inspection, and it was the best money I ever spent. He found dry wall cracks and fasteners coming through the wall I did not notice. But most importantly he scoped my septic system and found a huge backup. This back up was the result of improper installation of the sewer pipe to the outgoing sewer pipe. As a result the builder will be responsible for digging up my front porch and reinstalling the pipe. This saved me about 15k. It truly was the best money I have spent as this was caught when my house was still under warranty.
