Shannon was great! Constant communication throughout the process and had a very thorough and detailed report. He explained things in a way that was understandable and completed everything in a very timely manner. Very happy to have had his guidance as our home inspector.

Shannon was outstanding! We had a last minute appointment scheduled with him and he made sure to take well care of us and the home we are looking to buy, his communication about his findings were clear and well stated to us as first home buyers. He made the process very enjoyable.Timing wise he was there before our scheduled appointment! He finished the exterior and when we got there he was ready to do the interior etc. making the process smoother than we expected. He let my husband know if we ever wanted to make changes to the house, or if we had any questions that was on the inspection form, or even if wanted to do some remodeling he would personally come out and help...read full review

Shannon is amazing to work with! He’s extremely flexible schedule wise, and is very thorough. I hired him 4 times, doing pre inspections on houses I wanted to buy. Worth every penny!
