I was lucky enough to enjoy a week of classes here while visiting family in the area.

Everyone is super kind and welcoming. The classes are well catered to their community and super accessible for people of lots of levels to participate and enjoy.

Thank you for making my week and my visit super relaxing and centered.

I'm new to Hot Spot since last Fall, both as an instructor and student. I teach non-heated classes and have found the owners, instructors, and general atmosphere to be very welcoming, both as a student who is challenged with heated classes and as an instructor who's teaching something different and new (Qigong). I like the growth mindset of the studio, the feeling that all are welcome, and the desire to add new and different offerings to offer balance of mind, body and spirit. It's a nice yoga home.

I’ve been coming to The Yoga Hot Spot since it opened—back when none of us knew just how hot it would get 😄. This studio is pure family vibes. The instructors are excellent, the classes are a great mix of heated and non-heated (for when you want to sweat… or not), and everyone is genuinely welcoming. If you want a place where you feel supported, challenged, and slightly melted—in the best way—this is it.
