And everything was done in a great amount of time Knowledgeable about their service All around great experience with a buisness and highly recommend them for any services you may need This is my 2nd time going thru them and they never forget a customers face or previous work they did!

I do NOT recommend this company
Initially when I got a new water softener installed the service was great. Three to four years later when I had a concern I wanted to discuss with the company due to high sodium levels in my water, I can’t get a return phone call or email and can’t get into their office to talk with anyone. I’ve been trying on and off for a year - very disappointed in what I thought was a reputable, well established company. I spent thousands of dollars on their top of the line water softener and now I’m about to trash it and call another company. Very disappointed. Would no longer recommend this company

We had David install a water softener. He was very knowledgeable and always responded quickly to my questions. The work was done correctly, promptly, and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Yakima Water Solutions.
