Went to Valley Dermatology twice before COVID-19. Very unhappy, but the only place in town. Went again today and the transformation is amazing!! Love Dr Jones and the whole new staff!! Glad we gave them another chance. We'll keep going!

I'm surprised by all the negative ratings, as my experience was quite good. I was referred by Creekside Convenient Care late on a Monday, was called to set an appointment on Tuesday, and had several time choices the following day. All staff, from front desk to nurses and doctor were courteous, friendly, and efficient.

I had my Botox done at Valley Dermatology with Gretchen Thorner. She was terrific, very sweet, and I LOVE the results...goodbye wrinkles!! It was my first time getting Botox and I was very nervous. She explained everything and put my mind at ease, it didn't hurt like I expected. She recently moved from New York City where she used to work. Yakima Is so lucky to have her.
