Been going there for years. Receptionists were helpful. I went in late in the afternoon and was able to see a nurse and get an appointment for the next day for my emergency. They were very Kind and considerate. Nurses and doctors have always been good to me. Their pharmacy is better than Safeway. I’ll tell you that much.

I ended up returning to this dental office after a shoddy job at another well known dental clinic. They always have really nice assistants, hygienists, and doctors and always ask how you’re feeling during a cleaning/exam. My hygienist and assistant today were really quick and helpful! Front desk is helpful as well but they can be busy so just be patient with them! If you need a dental visit and are low-income (times are tough!) give them a try!

I got a voicemail saying I never showed up to my cleaning appointment so now my filling appointment is going to be cancelled… of course it was outside of business hours. I show up a hr before MY appointment to see what’s going on and the lady could easily see I had shown up for my appointment the day before. Of course they gave my appointment away so now I have to wait for another month , month in a half. I’m giving four stars cause the receptionist was nice and put me on the list where they call me when an appointment is cancelled.

All the employees in pharmacy don’t know how to do their job, multiple people complaining of their prescription not being filled, medicine mixed with other medicine that isn’t suppose to be mixed. They tell you 1 thing on the phone and when you get there they say another. Please pay attention to what prescription they give you, medicine have been given that do harm together.

Got a tooth pulled and by far it was the best tooth extraction I've had,and it was a wisdom tooth, and it was painless and they treated me with dignity and respect

I dont know who in the pharmacy is supose to check refill request. The request wasn't send to the doctor even thow I called a full week in advance. They see I called but oh well now you have to wait longer because they didn't do their job. The patient has to wait. No Good. And then they dont even send you a text to let you know. And they sure don't check or follow up on voice messages to see if they are ready. Once again I do my part.

The Dr.'s there are fine but the pharmacy really needs work and help. Couldn't find insurance wouldn't check and wasn't willing to transfer to where I regularly get my meds. They need to be inspected by the state to see all the waiting time for meds also 1hr 37min I was one of 2 people in the building waiting for meds there was 6 people working you can't do it faster. Then my regular pharmacy was on hold 45min trying to get them to transfer before they told me they've never heard of me. Then 12hrs later they still hadn't transferred anything until I showed up in person to complain.
