I recently moved into a new rental and dishwasher was leaking after the first use. Cal came out and was hired by property management but I asked how much a service call was because I wanted him to take a look at my washer that wasn’t filling up to get an idea on cost. He said while he was here for the dishwasher and could look at the washer to diagnose. He took a look and within 10 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem at no charge. I would highly recommend Cal and this company to anybody and for everything. Not very many people would do that.

Ugh let me start with they're costumer service is great but it was definitely a waste of money I paid way more than I should of for someone to come to my house check my dishwasher for all of maybe 7mins to tell me its possibly a plumbing problem. I get there is a flat rate but come on you didnt even do much I could of done what he did on my own.

We recommend Yakima Appliance Service!! Our range went out, dishwasher would not drain, the dryer wouldnt shut off and washer would not fill everything broke all at once. American home Shield warranty uses Yakima Appliance Service! Cal was here within 24 hrs to diagnose the problems on a Friday, he fixed the washer right away. He ordered parts for the other appliances and was here the very next Tuesday before Thanksgiving, he replaced the parts within an hour on everything!! Cal was so nice, very professional and knowledgeable. He's a busy guy trying to get to everyone, so you have to have patience and don't be rude!!
