Vance Heating & Air Conditioning was a pleasure work with. My original call was to have them come out to look at my Daikin mini slit system that would only blow warm air. I called at around 11:00 and Doug from Vance was here by 2:30 that after noon to diagnose the problem. Doug explained that he found it was low on refrigerant that would require a leak test that would that 6 to 8hr and that would be covered by my Daikin warranty. Doug came back out on the following Tuesday kept me up to date on everything they did. I am very happy I decided to call Vance and not the company that had installed it new.
