My mother just passed away and Yair and Victoria were absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end. They showed compassion and gave my mom the dignity she deserved. They answered all my questions that I had, went beyond and above when my family wanted to see my mom and made her look beautiful. They made this very difficult time a lot more easier to get thru. Very disappointed of the way my brother's passing was handeld. Our family recently had a terrible blow that many of us have never experienced, and the the funeral director was so in- sensitive and unprofessional. The woman director was fabulous and kind and you could tell she had sympathy. The older skinny gentleman was impatient, never gave condolences or even a smile at my grieving parents/ family. He seemed annoyed. He said he wanted us out by 8 and kept coming in and out frantically pointing at his watch to hurry up. We understand it's a busines, but he showed not an inch of compassion. Funerals suck! I was nervous about it all but the moment I walked into Valley Hills, Joe calmed my nervous & reassured us he was there to help. It really helps when you feel lost and distraught to have a group of people who are willing to hold your hand through the process. The staff was amazing & the prices were reasonable compared to the outrages fees others were trying to charge.
