Good place to go for your dog's yearly checkup. Staff is gentle with pets and thorough during the appointment.

I’ve been a customer with Tieton Drive Animal Clinic going back to 2010. I’ve brought four of my dogs to them over the year and they euthanized two of them. They’ve been my vet for the last years 16 years and I really appreciate Dr Moultrays approach to veterinary medicine.
Now, I try to be level headed but in this situation, I’m sorry, I’ve been a customer for nearly 2 decades, and always been supportive of the business yet I feel that especially since 2020 or about that the business side and management of the clinic as declined in quality and the office manager job just turns over with no consistency at the helm. There is no customer loyalty and long term customer commitment isn’t recognized. I was just denied a spot to be seen in an emergency. I just brought a little puppy in that I hit with my car and was turned away because they said the emergency care vet they did have was fully booked for the day. The customer service person I spoke to was professional however the response and tone was cold and sterile like over the phone, and when I arrived in person. Tough job and not an easy situation to handle telling me I had no other choice but to go to the emergency vet in Pasco on Friday evening. You can make any business excuse that you want but Tieton Drive Animal Clinic is not set up to adequately and timely provide animal vet services in the manner that I think is acceptable for its customer base. Call me crazy, I expect an exception to be made in critical situations and you as my vet failed me in that moment. Each engagement with the customer service side of the house, except Ashley, is cold, professional, business like… Sorry not sorry. I will be finding another vet and would suggest that others looking for a local vet to care after your pets, you may want to shop around more locally or consider a vet in Ellensburg or Tri-Cities before considering this vet as a first choice.

I bring my 3 dogs here. Staff are so nice, in particular a lovely woman at the front desk who wears glasses. Always so cheerful and kind. Great care for my fur babies.

Was able to get in on an emergency for my hedgehog. Professional and courteous didn't have to wait long.

We have 2 dogs and 3 cats that go here. So far we’ve seen two of the vets for annual checks and techs for vaccines. All of the staff is very helpful. The vets have always taken time to thoroughly explain any diagnosis.

They are an extremely busy practice and it can sometimes take up to a month to get an appointment. However they do have hours set aside for emergency visits.

Our cat had a badly scratched cornea. The surgeon temporarily sutured his third eyelid down to protect his eye during healing. The procedure worked!

    Fantastic vet clinic.
Have been going to this clinic for my canine companions since the 1980s. They have always been kind and caring towards my dogs, and responsive to answering any concerns I have in regards to the health of my dogs.
