I’ve called them before and they were great. Recently, I’ve called 3 times and left 2 messages asking for a call back, but nothing from them. Not sure if they’re having phone issues, but I called both on and off-hours. During open times, multiple calls go to voicemail, and no responses to those messages.
Update: edited from 3 to 4 stars. After this review, they discovered a problem with the phone system and reached out quickly. I appreciate any company that takes honest feedback and improves from it.

T.j. was here within 30 minutes. And changed out our florescent bulbs and did a great, quick and efficient job. Bing bang boom. New LED lighting. What more can you ask for. And the guy, T J. Was super friendly. Awesome job thunder.

I want to give a big shoutout to Thunder Electric for their amazing help today. This morning, when I was feeling scared about some electrical issues, Kit, the receptionist, was so thoughtful and calming on the phone. She helped me feel heard and made sure Kody, the electrician, was at my home fast.
When Kody arrived, I was frantic, and he stayed calm and collected, knowing exactly what he was doing. He fixed everything quickly and even took the time to show me how the breaker box works if it gets tripped. It gave me peace of mind, and I feel safe in my home again.
