After a pleasant conversation with the scheduler the technician arrived in only a few hours and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem with the 18 year old natural gas furnace within 20 minutes. He had the part on his truck and quickly installed it. Start to finish was about an hour. He worked in a very tight area without complaining. Overall, we are very happy with the work, price and technician. Thermall did a great job! Thank you for a job well done!
The staff who do the maintenance and checking over the heat pump are really great people. They do great work and explain everything they have done. They keep everything very clean too. This time I had Gabe . He was ready to answer all the questions I had.

I want to thank Lenny and James for doing a great professional job installing our Daikon FIT Heat Pump and Air Handler, they were on time took out the old and cleaned up their mess and when they were done they explained how to use the thermostat and if we had any question. Very caring and I would recommend this company 100 percent
