Ryan and his Team at Theisen Heating have been a pleasure to work with. From diagnosing issues on short notice, providing very competitive bids for a furnace replacement, and then doing what they said they would do when they said they would do it, it's been a pleasure.
But beyond that, even after money was paid and the installation completed, the Theisen Team navigated the power company maze to submit and then RE-submit the Power Company's rebate process -- which meant I will get a check for $2,000 as a rebate.
This refund would not have happened without their help, as the initial claim was denied. Theisen went above and beyond and I could not be happier. I will definitely call them when I need help again and highly recommend their service.

Contacted Theisen for a check up and discovered I had a fire hazard with my original heater. They came out and replaced both that and AC professionally, on-time and within budget. Highly recommend!

My two gas fireplaces were diagnosed with leaks by Cascade Natural Gas. I then called Theisen, gave them the information I had, and made an appointment. When the technician arrived, he was friendly but told me that they don’t normally work on gas fireplaces and recommended I call a different company. I wasted my time and 135 dollars because I wasn’t informed. So, if you have a gas fireplace that needs repairs, learn from my mistake and call a different company.

My air conditioner quit working yesterday afternoon, called Ryan at Theisens early this morning. He had his technician Eric show up on time at 1, he was professional and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Prompt, professional, reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company. They will be who I call when I have to replace my unit. Thank you guys!

My call was answered in a timely manner, the office staff to the technician were so friendly and professional. My A/C unit was evaluated and although it was an electrical issue with my circuit board, I was put in touch with an electrician they use quite often. Very pleased and will use them again.

Thank God for Theisen Heating & Air Conditioning!!! My hope that there is an HVAC company that operates with honor and integrity is restored!!! After some sketchy work done and over-pricing from other HVAC businesses, I decided to give Theisen a try, because their commercial stated that although they do new installs, they will repair what can be repaired. My system was blowing cool air, not cold air. I believed I needed a refrigerant re-charge. I had another company do an assessment, which cost me $75, then they offered several high cost repair options, most of which involved replacing equipment which didn't need replaced. Their cheapest option was a 2 lb re-charge at a whopping $712. That's when I called Theisen, whom gave me a FREE second opinion!!! Who does that??!!! Erric from Theisen came out. Before starting, he assured me that the second opinion was FREE and his refrigerant pricing was spot-on with the pricing originally given to me over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. Erric's experience and expertise were plenty evident in his work and customer service. He's a tremendous asset to Theisen. He explained everything as he worked and PROVED to me what my system needed, which was simply a re-charge. And the cost? $379!!!! Versus the competitor's $712... Erric did explain the inevitable nature of having to replace parts of my system. Theisen, you've earned my respect and my future business whenever needed, and I will take take as many family and friends with me as I can!!!

I was in a time crunch to get my heater working and Thiesens went above and beyond to make it happen! The girls at the desk were warm, friendly, and amazing and Eric was awesome!! I won’t look anywhere else for future services.
