called Shephard Plumbing in need of a plumber for a basement leak and needed someone out ASAP. they came out the next day and the tech, Tyler, was able to locate the leak almost immediately. very friendly and professional over the phone and in person! will definitely only use Shephard in the future and cannot recommend them enough.
