I’ve been working with New Castle Systems for years, ever since Angel Cuevas first came out to fix a leak in my roof. We stayed in touch, so when a bad windstorm hit and I needed a full roof replacement, they were my first call.
My insurance company told me to get estimates, and Froy Mena came out to take a look. He went above and beyond—working tirelessly with my insurance company and really fighting to get them to cover the cost. When that didn’t fully work out, New Castle Systems still stepped up and worked with me on a fair price and a payment plan that made everything manageable.
Very quick to communicate and got the work done to a high quality at a good price, I would definitely recommend. We had them do a new shingle roof and gutters and it turned out great.
