Back story. I was in the middle of moving from Texas to Seattle and 4 fingernails lifted. It was an emergency cause I can’t handle the pain of the lifted fingernails any longer. So I stopped here cause I would not make it to any salon in Seattle on time.

When I came in, I wanted to do redo my nails as well. There was 3 people working on me and they did a soaked off.

Here’s the professional and courtesy part. After the soak off, they told me that they would not recommend getting my nails done because of how swollen it is. They even wipe off the fingers with alcohol and gave me a bandaid.

I wanted to leave a good review because I appreciate the hospitality so much. They could’ve made extra money but they rather save me from further pain, they don’t speak English well but when they came out with a band aid, I was so grateful.“

“Absolutely love going to this place, one of my go-tos for nails, as they always do the best. They are always kind and their shop is beautiful. I'm seeing in the reviews negative comments towards their appointment system. Please note that they only have 2 nail technicians working in their building, so it's hard to offer services to walk-ins when they are already occupied with appointments and current customers. But besides that, I always love my nails when I get them done here, 10/10 would recommend!“
