“OMG!!! LUCY YOU ARE AN AMAZING HAIR ARTIST!!! Recently moved to Leavenworth but have been living in Washington and traveling to Arizona every 4 months to get my blonde beautiful. But… I no longer have to because I found “Lucy”. A previous review made me call Lucy and make an appointment and I’m so so very happy that I did. She is truly an artist in her field.
