Very caring,knowledgeable, great at explaining everything so I left with no questions,only answers to my issues. Excellent Dr and assistant (or RN or whatever title she has) very good at giving shot in the knee because I never felt a thing!!!!!! I will recommend him to whomever asks!!!!!
Dr Liu and Sam are great. The thing that I was disappointed is I went there thinking I was getting a procedure done that I need every 6 months, when I got there they told me I now have to get the exam and then get it approved. It would take 2 to 3 weeks. They said this was a new change. This is a waste of my time and insurance money to have this extra appointment. Wasn’t happy.
Really appreciate have someone as qualified as Dr. Demill in the Yakima Valley! Everyone from the front desk to the Medical Assistant to the Dr himself was very professional. And my foot pain did get resolved!
