when i was 16 I got my septum pierced here and had a amazing experience, felt comfortable and the environment made me feel less scared about the fact that i was about to get a piercing that some would call painful. Because of my first experience i had decided that this was going to be my new go to spot for piercings since there was quite a few i wanted to get on my ear and trusted the lady very much. Fast forward to my 18th birthday i went to go get an industrial piercing, a piercing that i knew was very anatomy dependent and could only be healed correctly if i had the correct anatomy. When i went in i had yet another great experience costumer service wise and was told nothing about having the wrong anatomy so i assumed i was fine. Fast forward nearly a year later my piercing is still very irritated but i thought it was normal since industrials can be up to a year to heal. I went to go get it looked at since i thought it may be rejecting at a different shop in yakima since this shop is closed for the next two weeks. Immediately when the other piercing took a look she told me i don’t have the right anatomy and should have never gotten it pierced in the first place. I ended up taking it out and putting a hoop in my now forward helix. I felt betrayed in a way because i wouldn’t think that this shop would still charge and piercing me for something i should have never gotten. I would not recommend this shop for anyone who is getting a piercing that is anatomy dependent but maybe a lobe yeah🤷♀️ …:/

this was a year ago the day i got my piercing, even looking at this photo i can now tell that i didn’t have enough of a fold over at the outer part of my ear, meaning it should have never been done in the first place because it would have never healed correctly. It wasn’t rejecting just irritated and i couldn’t wait a few more days because of how much in pain and irritated my ear was and you were going to be gone for a week+. And to clarify no piercer said anything bad about you guys and your work, just that it should have never been done.

Fantastic work! I had to get one of my eyebrow piercings done again as the first time went as wrong as it can get and she fixed it up :)) it’s perfectly even (except for my left brow rejecting a little bit but that’s on my anatomy lol); she took the time to map it out and made sure I was satisfied. Also got my double helix done and I’ve never had a quicker cartilage piercing. Everything is healing up very nicely and the next time I’m looking for a piercing in Washington, I will be coming here

10/10 Recommend: Was super nervous to go in a get my nipples pierced, but Hilda did an amazing job! The piercing process was a breeze! This business is so welcoming, Hilda is an amazing piercer and her husband does a great job explaining the process as soon as you walk-in. Just went in this week to get a new style and it was a great experience. PS. The aftercare spray made the healing process so easy.

Went back in to get my navel re-pierced today and the experience was as amazing as the first time I went. Aftercare was explained thoroughly and the process was quick and literally painless. This will literally be the only place I go to for future piercings! <3

Hilda did my septum piercing 4-5 yrs ago and she was great! She has the hand of an angel. Total professional, quick, clean and great rates. I would definitely go back!

Amazing experience! I walked in randomly to get snake bites done and they immediately greeted me and quickly took me in! The husband explained the process very thoroughly and it went super smoothly! Barely any pain❤️ I will definitely be back!

Love Hilda. Have always gone to her for my piercings and my daughters. Never disappoints and she is very knowledgeable. We moved an hour away and still go back to her to get any piercing and will continue to go to her.
