Not all of the sales staff is knowledgeable about timelines and supplies needed for installation. I was told 1-3 weeks, it took 6 weeks & required additional trips to the store.Love my new red oak hardwood floors installed by Modern Flooring! The installer's did not speak English but they did a fantastic job. There were a few bumps in the final finishing, but the office staff has been very responsive & took care of any issues in a very professional manner. Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome! They were open on Memorial day so I was able to pick up my order without having to make a special trip over (about 120 miles). The guy there pulled up my order, knew how much I needed and how much I should be paying, took my payment, loaded the flooring and off we went.

Their web page was very helpful, especially the program that allows you to match your room pictures to the flooring that you are interested in. That was great! And gave me a chance to "try it on" in those rooms. So I know what it will look like before they put in the flooring. I used the website and also called the store and was very happy with the service of Abraham. He made me feel like he had all the time I needed. He was also knowledgeable about the product and was able to look up information that he didn't have and did it in a timely manner. All my questions were addressed satisfactorily. Will definitely buy from LL Flooring again if I need any more flooring.
