We get all of our flooring from this company and Krystle is amazing to work with she has treated our staff great. She is our go to when we need to order material. We send our customers to her and she treats them amazing. If you are looking for excellent customer service she is the one to ask for!

We purchased all of our LVP and carpet from Cost Less Carpets in Yakima. Arturo was very knowledgeable and the price was much less than we were quoted though Costco. We had the very best experience with our installer Juan. So very happy, highly reccomended.Barbara

These people are very helpful & customer service oriented. We’ve used them on 3 projects. After completing our most recent project, they called me to refund the cost of carpet pad that they had charged me for since it was actually part of the carpet we had selected. I wouldn’t have known any different. Honesty & customer service goes a long ways & these people have it figured out!
