“Not all of the sales staff is knowledgeable about timelines and supplies needed for installation. I was told 1-3 weeks, it took 6 weeks & required additional trips to the store.Love my new red oak hardwood floors installed by Modern Flooring! The installer's did not speak English but they did a fantastic job. There were a few bumps in the final finishing, but the office staff has been very responsive & took care of any issues in a very professional manner. Highly recommend!“
