Terrible terrible service. Has caused nothing but trouble over my dogs presence lying to my landlord repeatedly. Being a complete jerk.. setting dog poop when we were gone for a week outside my doorstep. Very childish, rude, horrible at his job (doesnt pull weeds and misses tons of spots). I would give 0 stars but that isnt an option.

Great service and very reliable. Prompt, answered all my questions about my irrigation and completed his job very quickly. I will call Big Jim's Lawn Service again when I need irrigation services.
