The care and compassion demonstrated by the staff at Keith and Keith was appreciated by our family. They helped facilitate the planning required from the beginning until she was laid to rest. Robin helped make my pre-arranged funeral easy and comfortable. No one wants to think about their own death, but Robin has a special gift of making that discussion easier. She was so knowledgeable and I was able to make decisions and felt relieved. My surviving family members won’t be left with a financial burden on top of dealing with grief. I have already spoke with friends and family about going to Robin and getting their funeral pre-arranged.

At quite possibly the worst time of your life, you are shown such deep compassion and concern. Sophie allowed us to take our time. We did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend Keith & Keith and especially our funeral director, Sophie Robinson. She really cared about the service and making sure everything went right. She customized the service to what my husband said he wanted. Thank you also to whoever it was who did the flowers they were beautiful. I was so happy with how it all turned out. I went ahead and prearranged my funeral, so it would be just like my Husband’s and our family would not have to stress over it. Thank you, Sophie!
